Our Mission Statement
All our homes are registered children’s home and are owned and managed by Highlands Group. Our mission at Highlands Group is to offer individualised outcome-based support for each child in a manner which is compatible with the needs of the group in the home.
We attempt to create a safe nurturing environment in which the children feel at home, where they feel supported to re-discover and if necessary, re-invent themselves safely and without prejudice.
This all occurs in a shared living setting which builds on social understanding and respect. Our Mission Statement is: To create a homely environment where children will feel safe, secure and nurtured in their critical formative years, enabling them to build resilience and develop into adults who are not disadvantaged by their history.
